Steve Banks BSc Maths, MSc Econ, PGdip Couns
Steve has been a successful coach since 2000.  He brings to his coaching his broad range of work and life experience:

• A first degree in Mathematics, a masters degree in Economics at the London School of Economics, and 7 years working as an economic consultant.
• 20 years working as a successful professional musician – classical violinist (with many orchestras and ensembles, including the London Symphony Orchestra and the Chamber Orchestra of Europe), then drummer, violinist and singer with a number of bands, particularly the Carnival Band, who tour regularly with folk diva Maddy Prior, and Chanter.  He is also a song writer.
• Since 2002, leadership and management consultant, and coach, with Inner Leadership, where he applies both Psychosynthesis models and the Integral Model.  Qualified Psychosynthesis counsellor following a 3 year postgraduate diploma at the Psychosynthesis and Education Trust.
• Since 1999, musician and actor with Bamboozle Theatre Company, working with students with special needs.
• Co-founder in 2004 of the Association of Sustainability Practitioners.
